Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects.
- Support the Shift Manager in achieving and exceeding expectations, including setting up customer projects and ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team, Shift Manager, and Plant Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Train and audit team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership experience within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
