About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group, providing psychological assessment, intervention, and support to our residents in our Northampton sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify residents' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for residents.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, adhering to security procedures and risk management protocols.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • BPS registration as a Chartered Psychologist.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Proven experience in delivering individual therapy and working with individuals with complex, acquired neurological disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
