About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Associate to join our team at the Kingswood Group. As a Financial Planning Associate, you will play a key role in providing wealth and financial planning solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Form key client relationships and collaborate with Investment Managers to increase client engagement.
  • Financial Planning: Working directly with clients, providing a wide range of financial planning solutions and conducting annual reviews.
  • Client Growth: Growing your client bank organically through referrals and developing relationships with professional connections.
  • Professional Development: Maintain competency via successful completion of your required 'continuing professional development' (CPD) hours.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified to a minimum of level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Experience: Experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge across a range of products and asset classes.
  • Client Skills: The ability to work with clients across all wealth bands and providing the very best support and guidance to clients with little to no financial knowledge.
