Position Overview

Type: Permanent

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Northwest London

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the organization's requirements are fulfilled within the designated commodity, while adhering to established processes for effective management of indirect expenditures.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and consolidation within indirect categories, all while upholding quality and service standards.
  • Fostering and enhancing a dependable and sustainable supply chain for alternatively sourced components and services.
  • Evaluating proposals and tenders, overseeing contract maintenance, and managing records of orders placed and received.
  • Conducting analyses of current spending patterns, targeting cost savings in alignment with organizational KPIs, and providing necessary update reports.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a hands-on procurement capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in indirect procurement practices.
  • Familiarity with MRP/APS systems.
