Job Title: Marketing Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.

Location: Flexible within the UK
Base Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 months)

Company: Dynamic and fast-paced property organization (primarily B2C with some B2B)

Position Overview:

In this role, you will take charge of the marketing strategies and initiatives for key locations, collaborating closely with our talented in-house team and external partners. This position is well-suited for a seasoned marketing expert who thrives on innovative campaigns and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Oversee and take responsibility for the brand and its associated elements.
  • Campaign Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and completion of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement both B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on public relations and communications.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Digital to enhance and execute a premier marketing strategy.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage and forecast marketing budgets.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise content management systems, including WordPress.
  • Community Involvement: Plan and execute events that engage the community.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed reports to clients and the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on generating relevant, quality inquiries through digital channels.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Process Development: Lead the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the marketing team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective consumer brand campaigns, managing the entire process within the property sector or a related field (such as hospitality, travel, or FMCG).
  • Confidence: Strong presentation abilities and assurance in high-level marketing and business strategy.
  • Consumer Marketing Expertise: Experience in consumer-focused marketing (either agency or in-house).
  • Brand Communication Skills: Profound understanding of brand communication strategies.
  • Strategic Implementation: Proven ability to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Sustainability Awareness: A solid understanding of ESG/Sustainability is advantageous.
  • Motivation: A driven individual eager to progress in a diverse role.
