Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at TP ICAP. As a key member of our Technology PMO, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective management of our technology project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis, tracking, and reporting to ensure effective management of the technology project portfolio.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with stakeholders to assist with the transition to a Value Management Office (VMO).
  • Resource Allocation: Provide transparency into resource assignments to activities, including third parties, and develop processes to allocate resources to activities.
  • Project Governance: Support in the review and approval process for key projects and programs.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the ongoing process improvement of the PMO and governance framework.
Requirements
  • Highly Developed Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define data-driven metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the portfolio.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with project managers and other delivery team members.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a busy environment with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Credible and Confident: Credible and confident with the ability to persuade and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Agile Mindset: Strong and flexible work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Banking / Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
  • JIRA Experience: Knowledge and experience of JIRA.
  • SAFe Methodology: Experience of SAFe methodology and Lean Portfolio Management.
