Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join our Markets Operations Business Intelligence & Process Re-Engineering Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing transformational projects using low-code tools like Appian, Xceptor, and other BPM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central project issue logs.
  • Identify key stakeholders and document project dependencies.
  • Establish project communication needs and create project communication plans.
  • Coordinate operational and IT development teams to adhere to project scope and execute UAT plans.
  • Monitor and control all phases of development, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
  • Assess risk and demonstrate sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant financial experience.
  • Understanding of low-code applications, RPA, data transformation tools, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Technical understanding of core processes and business lines within Market Operations.
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall project execution.
  • Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
