Junior Business Development Manager Role

Pareto is seeking a talented Junior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company, its marketplace, competitors, and target clients.
  • Plan and execute effective territory strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and site visits.
  • Implement marketing and category initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across assigned territories.

Requirements:

  • Confident with good presentation skills.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • A strong work ethic with a positive outlook.
