Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT professional to join our Business Support IT team at Viewpoint Housing Association Ltd. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our internal customers, providing exceptional customer-focused IT support to over 140 users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems and networks
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and policies
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects

Requirements

  • IT-related qualification and/or at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with supporting IT and networks in multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to customer care and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with MS Office, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, and MSSQL
  • Experience with creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services is desirable
  • Experience with supporting housing management systems in the social housing sector is also desirable
  • A full driving license and access to your own transport is essential
