Adecco is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Early Careers Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Early Careers team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and book outreach events, engaging with educational institutions to build relationships.
  • Manage and organize early careers equipment for events, coordinating attendance and support from Bentley colleagues.
  • Provide general administration and organization support for internal and external events.
  • Field inbound queries from the trainee population and manage the Early Careers inbox.
  • Send mass emails to the trainee population and line management.
  • Utilize the DAS system to approve apprentice changes.
  • Book rooms for trainee events and update masterfiles for the Early Careers team.
  • Assist with the Early Careers recruitment campaign by working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to populate the tracker, schedule interviews, and update candidate information.
  • Periodically update the Early Careers team with recruitment progress and conduct candidate surveys to evaluate the candidate experience.
  • Assist in the preparation for the Apprentice recruitment campaign by building materials, booking focus group sessions, updating recruitment trackers, and scheduling briefing sessions with Hiring Managers.
  • Support ongoing programme management by sending out engagement surveys, requesting feedback from line managers, updating trainee progress and exam passes/resits in the masterfile, and updating Early Careers intranet pages.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating positive behaviors and supporting the Early Careers team with ad-hoc tasks and activities.
  • Attend local events to support the Early Careers offering.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required. Attention to detail, customer service skills, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively manage calendars, take minutes, and write reports are additional valuable skills.
