**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Kinmylies Lodge Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You will oversee all aspects of the shift, conduct continuous assessments, and implement person-centred care plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and clinical practice.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop person-centred care plans.
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, including medication management and care delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
