Job Title: Content Strategy Associate Director

Description

Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Associate Director to lead the development of strategic insights and content across the chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors. As a key member of the Chemical Market Analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to create a comprehensive content strategy that advances the CMA brand and leverages its vast data and insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic content plan that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality strategic insights, thought leadership content, and innovative content programs to engage clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and understanding of forward-looking plans, tactics, and strategies.
  • Evaluate the success of content initiatives and identify new opportunities to capitalize on.
  • Manage the development of high-quality content, including executive summaries, marketing-style content, and social media posts.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of proven strategic content and/or editorial experience in the chemicals industry.
  • Experience in developing measurable success in creating strategic insights-style products and innovative content programs to increase business growth.
  • Strong ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to identify key themes and trends.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Natural ability to navigate a complex matrix organization and lead process changes.
