Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison and contract management, including monthly client meetings.
- Induction and training of staff on equipment, cleaning practices, and use of chemicals.
- Conducting on-site audits to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Setting up new contracts, creating cleaning specifications, and inducting new staff.
- Placing stock orders and managing inventory.
- Managing holidays and absences within the team.
- Assisting with the recruitment of cleaning staff.
Requirements:
- Commercial cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is strongly preferred.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Reliable and hardworking individual.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Hold a full manual UK driving license.
- Able to work on iPads and laptops.
- Must meet the criteria to pass an Enhanced DBS check (an existing DBS Certificate is desirable).
