Senior Quality Coordinator

Arden University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Coordinator to join our Quality and Registry team. As a key member of our administration hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our students' educational experience.

About the Role

The Senior Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of Arden's quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures, with a particular focus on student affairs and appeals. This will involve working closely with our Quality Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Team Leader and other team members
  • Coordinate quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track quality-related data
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support quality-related activities
Requirements
  • Degree qualified or extensive relevant work experience
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving capability
  • Stakeholder management skills/experience
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Experience of working with database systems and Excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context
