Ocean Freight Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Account Manager/Administrator to join our team at The Logistics Partnership. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ocean freight desk, including booking shipments, invoicing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day bookings of worldwide freight shipments
- Invoice clients on completion of shipments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Process customs entries for all goods
- Utilize our in-house software system to manage jobs and paperwork
- Proven experience in ocean freight and customs entries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house software systems
