Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Harmonic Finance is delighted to be working with a Global Media Agency, supporting them with their search for a Finance Business Partner.

The agency, a pioneer in integrated communication campaigns, aims to help clients manage their reputation, improve their visibility, and media coverage, delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the client-facing teams. You will provide financial and commercial insight to the leadership teams, lead on key projects and process improvements, and work closely with Business and Project Leads to ensure projects and retainers are profitable and budgeted appropriately.

The role offers great progression opportunities, with scope to grow into a Senior Finance Business Partner/Commercial Finance Manager role over a 2-3-year period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and commercial insight to client-facing leadership teams
  • Lead on key projects and process improvements
  • Work closely with Business and Project Leads to ensure projects and retainers are profitable and budgeted appropriately
  • Attend Team Partner & management meetings to report on revenue and unit performance against contribution and efficiency targets
  • Ad-hoc finance duties and projects where required

Requirements:

  • Qualified or PQ ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • ~3+ years' experience of performing a FBP/Commercial Finance Analyst role or similar
  • ~ MS Excel proficient
  • Experience working in PR or Advertising or Marketing or Media (bonus skills)
