About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services Southport. As a Registered Nurse, you will work in partnership with individuals and professionals to ensure the health and clinical needs of residents are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential
  • 2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • Must be available to work shifts on a flexible basis
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
  • National Police Certificate
