About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our national team of assessors, based in London. The role sits within our Compliance department, which is responsible for managing our compliance responsibilities, including gas servicing and fire risk assessments, to ensure our properties comply with legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct type 1 FRAs on housing stock, as well as occasional FRAs on care homes, supported living sites, and student accommodation
  • Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections, and surveys
  • Produce reports and documentation for work specifications to assist in addressing and resolving issues
  • Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities
Requirements
  • Level 4 FPA qualified (level 3 accepted when working towards level 4) or equivalent
  • Proven track record of FRA delivery
  • Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
  • Colin Todd specialised certification on purpose block of flats, residential care homes, or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
