We are seeking an experienced Lead Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Future Select. As a Fire Risk Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Type 1 and 3 assessments on medium to high-rise buildings in the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out fire risk assessments and providing support on fire strategies and exit plans.
- Producing detailed and site-specific reports based on risk assessment findings.
- Mentoring work colleagues and working closely with regulatory bodies.
- Identifying risks and advising clients on how to avoid non-compliance.
- Working with specialist documents, including ADB, BS, and BB.
- Organizing and managing your own workload.
- Long-term experience working as a Fire Risk Assessor.
- Well-versed in PAS 79 Guidelines.
- Hold a Level 4 in Fire Safety or another recognized qualification with solid high-rise building experience.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
