Full-time Fashion Sales Professional

Luxetalent, a leading international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is seeking a Sales Advisor for a prestigious Italian luxury cosmetics and fragrances brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reflect the luxury brand image through exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude;
- Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance and brand loyalty;
- Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database to ensure effective customer engagement;
- Develop an entrepreneurial approach to grow your customer base and customer spend, including approaching customers for events such as private sales, in-store events, or new product/collection launches;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shop objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty;
- Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver excellent product knowledge to customers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
