Job Summary:

Village Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Pub & Grill team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Pub & Grill Manager in running both breakfast and daytime/evening shifts, motivating the team to deliver outstanding service, and ensuring the team and customers are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pub & Grill Manager in running shifts, including breakfast and daytime/evening services.
  • Motivate and lead the P&G Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example, as an advocate of the brand, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and nurture the team, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Pub & Grill Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus on the customer experience.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
