Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient layouts and workflows that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC, GDP, and GMP regulations through regular audits and training programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they meet their responsibilities and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Must be a GPhC Registered Pharmacist with a strong background in community pharmacy.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, layout design, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and a flexible approach to managing workload and tasks.
  • Ability to maintain professional training and CPD requirements.
  • UK citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain/Settled Status.
