Paraplanner Opportunity with Reward Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Reward Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services clients with their pension and retirement planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial research and analysis using tools such as Selectapension and FE Analytics to provide comprehensive financial reports.
  2. Report Writing: Prepare detailed financial reports using Genovo report writing software to support our clients' financial planning needs.
  3. Information Verification: Review and verify information provided by admin staff for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Client Management: Liaise with the administration team to gather missing information and assist with business submissions when necessary.
  5. Investment Analysis: Analyze and provide recommendations for various investment vehicles, including ISAs and general investment accounts.
  6. Advice Suitability: Challenge advisers on file notes or recommendation proposals that appear unsuitable and communicate with the compliance team regarding any concerns.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Track Record: Proven experience as a Paraplanner in the financial services industry, with a focus on pensions and retirement planning.
  2. UK Pension Regulations: Extensive knowledge of UK pension regulations and products.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Intelliflo, Selectapension, FE Analytics, and Genovo software.
