About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Team Leader to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing an operational team of Independence and Wellbeing Advisors, ensuring they deliver a high level of customer experience while promoting a positive working culture and championing new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 Independence and Wellbeing Advisors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proactively floor walk in the Contact Centre to provide immediate feedback on quality of service
  • React quickly and proactively to demand in the contact centre to ensure operational requirements are met
Requirements
  • Ability and experience to lead a team of up to 10
  • Ability to listen and question effectively to gather appropriate information to resolve queries
  • Experience of strength-based approach and social prescribing
  • Identifying and undergoing coaching and progression for team members
  • Training new starters and creating a welcoming environment
  • Experience and success in achieving targets with creativity to share new ideas
