Conservation Manager

At Center Parcs, we're passionate about preserving the natural beauty of our forest landscapes. As a Conservation Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our 400-acre forest environments, working closely with our Grounds Services team to ensure the health and biodiversity of our ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve forest health through effective management and conservation practices
  • Collaborate with the Grounds Services Manager to develop and implement conservation strategies
  • Support the Senior Forest Rangers in their key tasks and contribute to the development of an effective working team
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe working condition
  • Maintain ornamental landscaping, including weeding, pruning, and bark mulching
  • Manage grass and forestry operations, including thinning and habitat creation
  • Contribute to waterway management and conservation efforts

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Conservation Manager to join our team. You'll have a strong background in conservation and a passion for preserving the natural environment. You'll be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
