Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Mechanical Development Specialist to lead our DCT Driveline development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transmission and driveline development and validation testing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain test procedures for transmission and driveline components
  2. Own component, system, and vehicle development plans
  3. Plan and execute mechanical development and performance development testing
  4. Lead problem-solving investigations and collaborate with design and simulation teams
  5. Work closely with vehicle testing and vehicle programme teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Physical hands-on experience with other DCT or transmission types
  2. Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
  3. Experience of driving optimization through analysis
  4. Managed concern resolution experience
  5. Proficiency in INCA, MDA, AVL CONCERTO, and MATLAB
