We are looking for a Temporary Construction Surveying Lead to join our Repairs and Maintenance division. This role is essential for managing a team of Senior Surveyors and ensuring the effective execution of surveying tasks related to Minor Works.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of Senior Surveyors, ensuring efficient handling of all surveying inquiries related to Minor Works.
2. Deliver professional building surveying services with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective contract management for Minor Works projects.
3. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and specifications while managing Minor Works projects to successful completion.
4. Maintain property assets in accordance with assigned tasks and budgetary constraints.
5. Demonstrate proven experience in team leadership and management.
6. Prioritize workloads effectively, showcasing excellent time management capabilities.
7. Manage a diverse range of Minor Works and Repairs surveying assignments.
8. Effectively handle stakeholder expectations, including risk assessment and specification development.
9. Possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and organizational policies.
10. Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring quality and compliance.
11. Exhibit proficiency in budget oversight with strong financial acumen.
12. Display exceptional organizational and planning skills, capable of meeting challenging objectives.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project. Experience in the Social Housing sector, particularly in maintenance, is highly desirable.
