Job Title: Technical Stage Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Stage Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our touring productions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in touring theatre productions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality productions at the highest artistic and technical level. You will be responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of our productions, including set, lighting, and sound design, as well as managing the stage management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the technical aspects of touring productions, including set, lighting, and sound design
  • Manage the stage management team, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices in line with the Theatre Green Book
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality delivery and artistic integrity
  • Proactively problem-solve and find solutions to technical challenges
