Position Overview

Lead Water Resource Strategy Consultant

Vallum Associates is collaborating with a prominent water management organization seeking a Lead Water Resource Strategy Consultant to enhance their water resource planning division.

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the strategic planning team focused on developing the Water Resource Management Plan (WRMP), Drought Management Plan, and facilitating the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP) investigations.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including operational and capital expenditures related to the daily operations of the team and the implementation of new projects.
  • Play a pivotal role in guiding the regional water resource planning initiatives and contribute to national discussions on water resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership in water resource management, with exceptional analytical abilities and a talent for stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute significantly to transformation strategies aimed at positioning the organization as a leader in water resource planning by 2030.
