Position: Clinical Psychologist Specialist

Location: Various locations available

Role Overview

We are thrilled to expand our clinical services during a period of growth. We currently have an opening for a Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to create tailored assessment and intervention strategies for our pupils. This is a remarkable opportunity to be part of a team that is broadening its clinical offerings, making a genuine impact through a holistic, therapeutic approach.

You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, receiving full support from our experienced Clinical Team. Additionally, you will play a role in staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This position is both challenging and rewarding, ideal for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic mindset and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
  • Registered with the HCPC and relevant professional body.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma, mental health issues, challenging behaviors).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage strategically.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various key partners.
  • Skilled in sensitive communication and conflict resolution.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role.
  • Significant and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle is essential.
  • Data management skills are crucial as the role involves collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery and development.
