About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our pupils, working collaboratively with our Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload of pupils, working closely with other clinicians to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, ensuring a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish.
  • Manage a workload, making decisions and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with key partners to drive transformational change and implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational).
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically, with a focus on driving transformational change.

Norton College – Worcester /Tewkesbury (supporting both sites).
