Your Responsibilities

  • Grant Opportunity Research: Identify and develop customized funding strategies that align with Uniper's objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Craft persuasive grant proposals that effectively communicate the mission, goals, and intended use of funds for Uniper's growth projects.
  • Budget Oversight: Create precise budgets for grant applications and monitor expenditures throughout the grant lifecycle.
  • Grant Management: Supervise the complete grant process, from application to final reporting, ensuring adherence to all requirements and timelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams across Uniper's New Green Power and Gas sector, as well as Finance, Corporate Communication, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure successful implementation of grant-funded initiatives.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Track project progress, collect data, and prepare reports to showcase outcomes and impacts to funders.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on relevant regulations and policies governing grant funding, proactively addressing compliance issues.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with funders, stakeholders, and partner organizations to enhance funding and collaboration opportunities.

The projects you will support include initiatives in hydrogen and its derivatives, green energy imports, decarbonization of traditional power generation, battery storage, and other emerging technologies aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the energy sector.

Your Profile

  • University degree in law, economics, or political science.
  • Significant professional experience in Funding Management, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and a strong commercial acumen is preferred.
  • An established network in the funding sector is advantageous.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others during challenging deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a precise working methodology.
  • Analytical capabilities to comprehend complex topics and communicate them clearly.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
