About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Deputy Clinical Site Nurse Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the Clinical Site Nurse Practitioners in the delivery of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in capacity management and patient flow initiatives to optimize bed utilization and reduce delays.
- Support the development of staff through education and training programs.
Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience in an acute setting, with management experience and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Trust vision and values, strategic objectives, and key work programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
