About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the assessment of our digital products across our fascias.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards to provide insights and analytics to the digital product function.
  • Perform deep dive ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for optimization of our websites.
  • Collaborate with the experimentation function to analyze A/B test results.
  • Build strong relationships with the product function and support the senior analyst/manager in developing ways of working across product, UX, user testing, and analytics to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a product analytics position, ideally within an e-commerce/retail business.
  • Proficiency in SQL and R/Python.
  • Experience utilizing GA4/Big Query to extract user journey insights and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tool).
  • Strong visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to adapt presentation style based on the audience.
