About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker at Trident Group. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, additional health, mobility, and physical support needs.

The Role

As a Social Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. This will involve:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and food preparation
  • Supporting service users with their daily routines, including meal times, leisure activities, and social interactions
  • Providing emotional support and promoting independence
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably working with adults with learning disabilities or autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining a high level of care standards
