Retail Store Security Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Security Specialist to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Store Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area.
- Work closely with local law enforcement and crime prevention agencies to gather intelligence on prolific shoplifters.
- Target high-risk areas and locations to reduce shrinkage and stock loss.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Conduct thorough investigations and complete reports on observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage conflict situations in a professional and balanced manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably as a Store Detective.
- Valid SIA Licence (SG or DS).
- Own transportation.
- Ability to manage conflict and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E and PACE.
- Five-year checkable employment history.
