About the Role

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience supporting clients with complex needs to live independently. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be working out in the community assisting adults and children with activities such as taking them out in the community, assisting with medication, and personal care. Experience in helping clients with complex needs such as peg feeding, stoma, and challenging behaviors is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with complex needs to live independently
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes and out in the community
  • Assist with medication and other daily living tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting clients with complex needs
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
