About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our dynamic team in Burnham-on-Sea. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing stock and donations, and developing a team of dedicated volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including sales targets, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate a team of volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the shop within the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail or hospitality environment.
