Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Disability Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registered with the NMC and experienced in working with people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and outside of regular office hours, with some lone working.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Equality Act 2010.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use (reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
