  • Experience streamlining processes to produce high-quality outcomes and support in the reduction of agency costs.
  • A team player, with the capability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving collective objectives.
  • Ability to form and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with national travel elements of the role.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
