About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative experiences and services for our flagship camera and doorbell devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and iterating on core experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and provide peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective coordination and execution of product initiatives.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
