We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join a leading technology firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including project management, product development, and engineering, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in offering support for tangible products and must be able to commute to the office regularly. Additionally, candidates should have resided in the UK for at least five years to meet security clearance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to end-users
- Document and prioritize support tickets
- Coordinate with Software Development and Product teams to address recurring issues
- Create user-friendly documentation for customers
- Enhance your technical expertise on the product range
- Provide product recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product support
- Familiarity with product development processes
