Our client is a leading industrial/manufacturing company with a strong reputation for innovation and quality.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement mechanical system designs and components that meet customer specifications and design standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and re-engineer existing products for new applications.
  • Design and develop test equipment and procedures for gearboxes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Interpret and apply customer specifications, design standards, and geometric tolerancing to ensure product quality.
  • Create and maintain deliverable documentation, including proposals, manuals, installation, and maintenance instructions.
  • Utilize 2D and 3D CAD software at an expert level, with a preference for Solid Edge, to create component and assembly drawings, BOMs, and gear data.
  • Provide technical liaison and problem-solving support to Production Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product design and analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in SAP, specifically in engineering design data specification.
