Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in Edmonton, N18. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery as part of a high-speed production line manufacturing carbonated soft drinks
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at all times
  • Manual handling will be required
  • Ensure effective production of quality products
  • Follow all standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for handling the product efficiently
  • Understanding and following company policies
  • Pro-actively controlling potential problems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in machine operating or production roles is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) are essential
  • Team work & intra social skills are essential

Working Conditions:

Candidates aligned to yearly shift rota, this will include some weekends & bank holidays. Shifts: 12 Hour Shift. Day shift: 06:00 - 18:00 & Night: 18:00 - 06:00. (Shifts hours vary across 7 days per week and you must be fully flexible to cover any mixture of days, nights and weekends including bank holidays as you will be on a yearly shift rota)

Immediate (Successful candidates will be given a comprehensive induction and full training).
