Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at Kingly House in Hinckley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a rota basis, including every other weekend
  • Support individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
