We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry services to our social housing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales.
  • Identify and order materials required for each job, ensuring correct parts are used to maintain fire rating, integrity, and security of doors.
  • Attend jobs as scheduled and within timescales, identifying materials required for the repair and ensuring they are collected or ordered in advance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, working to a high standard to ensure jobs are completed right first time, reducing the need for further follow-up visits.
  • Undertake repairs as required, including masonry, plastering, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, and painting.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or similar
  • DBS Check will be carried out for the successful applicant - must be able to pass a Basic DBS
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid weekly via umbrella, and a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for temp to perm conversion. Additionally, we provide a van, fuel card, tools, and PPE for the role.
