Job Overview: As an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static, you will be responsible for maintenance operations within a 10-storey office building. Your duties will encompass both electrical and mechanical planned preventive maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting maintenance on lighting systems, fire alarms, LED installations, compliance checks, control systems, HVAC equipment, and performing inspections of plant rooms, pumps, vessels, and valves.
  • Collaborating with a small team consisting of one mechanical engineer and one electrician.
  • This role has arisen due to the acquisition of a new contract, presenting an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
