Job Overview: As an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks within a 10-storey office building. Your duties will include conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on various systems such as lighting, fire alarms, compliance controls, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment.

Team Structure: You will collaborate with a small team consisting of one mechanical engineer and one electrician.
