Clinical Pharmacist with Haematology Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a special interest in Haematology to join our Oncology Pharmacy team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our friendly and enthusiastic team, providing clinical pharmacy services to patients within a specialist area.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical pharmacy services to patients within Haematology, including provision of highly specialist review and advice relating to the safe use of medicines.
- Manage an area of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring national and local agendas are delivered for the project.
- Establish processes for the setting of standards of care in pharmacy-led lipid management.
- Work on your own initiative, prioritizing clinical pharmacy services and identifying areas for improvement.

Person Specification- Essential qualifications include a BSc (Pharmacy) or MPharm, Higher degree / Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice, or equivalent experience.
- Desirable qualifications include leadership and/or management qualifications, MSc in clinical pharmacy or higher research degree (MPhil or PhD), Postgraduate qualification in Haematology or similar.
