Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and prospects.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our marketing and product development teams to align strategies and provide holistic customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, as required.
